NOOOOOOOO! went to visit the doctors the day before....... for my right knee because it hurts quite badly..... the doc gave me an x-ray....the machine was quite cool...got alot of gadgets here and there... and he said that my knee hurts because I OVER-EXCERCISE. WHAT HECK IS THAT?! only got soft ball and swimming and jogging only mah..... so he gave me an MC to excuse me for intensive physical activity(sounds wrong...oops) I thought it was going to be only for 3 weeks.... but it was for 6 MONTHS... SO FRIGGING LONG so now i can't run fast, can't go for Bronze Medallion, cant go jogging, cant play basketball,football,captains ball and SOFTBALL ..... I wonder if i can go for the 2.4km and NAPFA next year... no more softball, no more tournament....no more trying to be 1st base/outfielder......
yesterday i still went to training because i need to tell mr.lim. can see from the others that they are also very surprised from the long duration of the mc. rongwei and chunzing were like "dont move... you must rest..." Jun Hao& Chiah Ying :" you just want to skip training right? how much did you bribe the doctor?" -.-" mr lim told me that if i wanted to change CCA,considering that I can't have any strenuous excercise.I still want to play softball.Does it mean that i can skip 6 months worth training? NO WAY. i think i will sometimes come and sometimes dont come.he also said that if you feel any pains during training, tell coach.... but thats NOT AN EXCUSE to purposely go and rest... i still have a checkup 6 weeks later.....so better get some rest.. i guess they are right....
